When will i receive my order?

Standard Delivery
Delivery within 2-5 working days, from the orders shipping date. Please note: orders are shipped and delivered of business days only ( Monday through Friday, except public holidays.)

Next Day Delivery
Deliver the following working day from the order date. Please note orders must be placed before 12 noon for next day delivery. Orders are shipped on business days only ( Monday through to

I have sensitive skin. Can i use Baji skin care range ? 

Yes. But as it is known sensitive skin can be a challenge when it comes to skin care.We suggest you use mask and scrub on alternate days once a week initially for at least the first few weeks then gradually increase to twice a week. This will allow your skin time to get used to the system. However, if irritation occurs, stop using and consult your health care practitioner.

Our products are made with naturally active ingredients and are formulated to be extremely gentle and are used by many people with sensitive skin. However we always recommend a patch test to be carried out prior to first application.

I feel tingling burning sensation sometimes when i apply the products. Is that normal?

Yes. The tingling feeling comes from the natural active ingredients in Baji skin care range, and usually disappears with continued use. If discomfort or a rash developes and continues, discontinue use and consult your health care practioner.

When can i expect to see results?

With the use of the entire range a smoother and more refined skin texure is achieved immediately. Within 14 days days of using the range, it assists in visible signs of smaller-looking pores, silkier skin, diminished of fine lines, brighter skin tone and color, and less visible age spots.

 Can i use Baji men after shaving?

Men may experience irritation when using products on  freshly shaved areas of the face. It is recomended to use the scrub and mask prior to shaving or wait at least half an hour after shaving.

 How long can products be kept?

 Baji skin care range has a shelf life of two years. Once product is opened should be used witin six months.

Can i use Baji men under eyes?

 The skin under the eyes or on the eyelid area is very delicate only special eye cream should be used. Baji range can be used carefully around the crow's feet area.
